We collect the information you choose to submit in inquiry forms, reviews, and email update requests. We use it to respond, manage requests, moderate reviews, and deliver updates you request. Please avoid submitting medical records or diagnoses.

Clinician applications

We keep clinician applications in our private inquiry system. Authorized reviewers use professional background, self-reported licensure, interests and contact details to assess applications and arrange follow-up. Credentials require manual review before participation; submitting an application does not verify them. Application details are not published as a clinician profile.

Do not include patient information, identifiable clinical stories, or confidential health records. We do not request license numbers or documents in this application. You can use the contact link below to ask about your application data or request deletion.

Reviews and private proof

Approved reviews and display names are public. Review email addresses, verification documents, and photos awaiting moderation remain private. Approved admins can review verification documents through temporary private download links. We do not publish verification proof.

Services and analytics

CAPABL uses Supabase for application data, authentication, and uploads; Vercel for hosting; and a transactional email provider for operational notifications. Optional usage analytics are turned off.

Contact and choices

Contact CAPABL to ask about your information, request deletion, or unsubscribe from updates. We keep submission records while they are needed for follow-up, moderation, or operations. Send a privacy request.
